Nunca antes había comido un pescado tan delicioso ¡La receta más tierna que se deshace en tu boca ingredientes: Filete de salmón. Sal, pimienta negra. Freír en aceite vegetal durante 1-2 minutos por cada lado. Media cebolla. 3 dientes de ajo. 1 limón 30 g de queso parmesano. Espinaca 70-100 gramos. Aceite de oliva 2-3 cucharadas, mantequilla 25 g. 100 ml de vino blanco seco. 200 ml de nata al 15-20%. Parmesano. 1/2 cucharadita de sal, una pizca de pimienta negra. Cubra y cocine a fuego lento durante 7-15 minutos, la cantidad de minutos depende del grosor de su filete. 1 zanahoria Media cebolla. Aceite vegetal. 1 taza de arroz. 1/2 cucharadita de sal, una pizca de cúrcuma. 2 vasos de agua. Cocine hasta que el agua se haya evaporado. ¡Disfrute de su comida!

WHAT'S FOR DINNER? | Weekly Family Meal Ideas. BEEF PASTA 1lb ground beef salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder 2 tsp minced garlic 3/4 cup beef broth 3/4 cup milk 2 cups egg noodles 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp corn starch mixed with 1 tbsp water Brown ground beef with seasonings. When beef is almost cooked through add minced garlic and continue cooking until beef is done. Remove grease. Add broth, milk, noodles, and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil. Once boiling stir, reduce heat to medium-low, and cover. Simmer for 5-8 minutes until noodles are done. Once noodles are done stir in corn starch & water mixture to thicken. Taste for seasonings. I usually add more salt and pepper.
